  • Nose Inhalation : Place one drop under the nose.

  • Topical Application : Apply 1 to 2 drops of your selected oil to the neck, brainstem and on the head.
  • Foot Massage : Massage 2 to 4 drops of oil on the soles of the feet until absorption. Best right before bedtime. This method is particularly good for children.
  • Ingestion : Combine 2 to 3 drops of the oil with a spoonful of honey, yogurt, agave or other food or beverage (not every oil is suitable for ingestion).
