- Nose Inhalation : Place one drop under the nose.

- Direct Inhalation : Put two drops of your desired oil in your hands and rub them together. Place the hands of your nose and inhale throughout the day as needed.
- Indirect Inhalation : Put two drops of oil on a gauze, tissue or cotton ball and put it in an air vent in your house or work office.
- Topical Application : Apply 1 to 2 drops of your selected oil to the neck, brainstem and on the head.
- Foot Massage : Massage 2 to 4 drops of oil on the soles of the feet until absorption. Best right before bedtime. This method is particularly good for children.
- Ingestion : Combine 2 to 3 drops of the oil with a spoonful of honey, yogurt, agave or other food or beverage (not every oil is suitable for ingestion).

Essential Oils For First Aid
Everyone has accidents and gets injured eventually. So it’s important to know how to treat these injuries because it could potentially save a life or prevent long-term effects.
For minor injuries, you should make a basic healing blend by using beeswax prills, anhydrous lanolin, Thyme, Grapeseed, Lavender, Rosemary, and Tea Tree essential oils.
